Blueberry and Goat Cheese Salad

We went back to the Fulton Stall Farmers Market (which is now only open on Saturdays) and bought these wonderful greens. We took the fresh romaine lettuce and decided to make ourselves a blueberry and goat cheese salad. It was a nice, light, summery dinner.
Ingredients:
romaine lettuce
blueberries
goat cheese (alternative: feta cheese)
almonds (alt: any nuts like walnuts or pine nuts)
equal parts olive oil and white balsamic vinegar (alt: grapeseed oil and regular balsamic vinegar)
honey (alt: maple syrup)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Clean and dry lettuce and then tear the leaves into smaller pieces.
Make the dressing by combining the olive oil and white balsamic vinegar together.
Add the blueberries, goat cheese, almonds, and dressing.
Drizzle with a touch of honey.
Add grind pepper and salt to taste.
