From our obsessions with Sriracha sauce to our love of chocolates with chipotle chilies, you know that we love foods with a spicy kick. So we were really excited to discover the Great Midwest Habanero Jack Cheese at Zabar's, our neighbourhood store. Upon first bite, the cheese seems mild...and then the spicy explosion kicks in. We have had it melted in sandwiches, paired with a nice glass of shiraz, and of course, enjoyed it on its own.
