Mother's - Another great Po Boy place in New Orleans, LA

There are tons of Po Boy restaurants in New Orleans and Mother's is often mentioned as one of the best places for these sandwiches. It is often busy, but we were lucky enough to walk right in, order, and immediately enjoy our sandwich.
Ferdi Special ($10.75): This is the sandwich everyone gets when they come here. The Ferdi is filled with ham, roast beef, shredded cabbage, and Creole mustard. This sandwich was substantial, flavorful, and moist. We loved the debris gravy that the French bread nicely sops up.
